If RarestPick Unlimited is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email hello@rarestpick.com from the address used at checkout, with the approximate purchase date. You can also use the customer portal link in your Waffo receipt, which allows a request within 14 days. We aim to respond within two business days.
What happens after a refund
The Unlimited entitlement is revoked. Linked devices return to three free Unlimited rounds per day, and advertising is restored. Daily mode is unaffected and remains free.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback also revokes the entitlement and may take longer to resolve for everyone involved.
Partial refunds
Because Unlimited is a single one-time purchase, partial refunds are handled case by case. In general we refund the purchase in full or not at all.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
